On or about Sunday, December 19th, 2021, around 6:00 in the evening, a hit-and-run car accident sent one individual to the hospital. Deputies from the Tarrant County Sheriff’s Department said the accident was reported in the 6300 block of Camp Bowie Boulevard in Fort Worth, Texas.
investigators said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was injured when they were allegedly hit by a vehicle that subsequently fled the scene as they were walking alongside or made an attempt to cross the lanes of Camp Bowie Boulevard. Paramedics transported the pedestrian to a nearby hospital with injuries of an unspecified nature or severity after the accident.
Officials later arrested one individual in connection with the accident.
Police are still investigating.
