Details:
On or about Saturday, February 19th, 2022, around 7:00 in the evening, a hit-and-run accident with a pedestrian left one woman injured. Law enforcement officials from the area said the accident was reported along Highway 10 near the exchange with West Euless Boulevard in Euless, Texas.
Local authorities said one as-of-yet unidentified woman was injured when he was allegedly struck by a vehicle as she was walking alongside or made an attempt to cross the lanes of Highway 10. After the initial impact with the pedestrian, the far fled the scene of the accident. Paramedics transported the woman to a nearby hospital with critical injuries.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is about 19 miles west of downtown Dallas.
Police are still trying to track down the driver and car that fled the scene.
