On or about Tuesday, January 4th, 2022, sometime in the nighttime hours, an accident between a motorcycle and a pickup truck sent one individual to the hospital. Deputies from the Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office said the accident was reported at the intersection of South Bryant Boulevard and West Avenue L in San Angelo, Texas.

Officers from the SAPD said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was injured when the motorcycle they were on and a pickup truck collided under unknown conditions at South Bryant and West Avenue L. Emergency responders transported the motorcyclist to a nearby hospital with injuries of an unspecified nature or severity stemming from the accident. Authorities did not mention any injuries from the occupants in the pickup truck.

According to Google Maps, San Angelo is located roughly 203 miles northeast of downtown Austin.

Police are still investigating the collision.
