Details:
On or about Tuesday, March 23rd, 2021, around 3:30 in the afternoon, an accident between a car and a tanker truck sent a 55-year-old man to the hospital. Troopers from the PSP said the accident happened along Route 322 in Potter Township, Pennsylvania.
Pennsylvania State Police said an as-of-yet unidentified 55-year-old man was hurt when his car allegedly crossed over the center line of the roadway and struck a tanker truck. Emergency responders cut the victim from the wreckage and transported him to the hospital with unknown injuries. The driver of the tanker truck was unhurt in the accident.
Department of Transportation officials closed the lanes of Route 322 for several hours in order to investigate the accident.
Authorities hope to release more information at a later date.
