On or about Tuesday, November 30th, 2021, around 9:42 in the morning, a chain-reaction accident between two passenger vehicles and a tractor-trailer sent one individual to the hospital. Authorities from the LAPD said the accident was reported along the Interstate 5 Freeway near the exchange with Van Nuys Boulevard in the Arleta neighborhood of Los Angeles, California.
Officials said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was injured when a tractor-trailer, a silver car and another passenger vehicle collided in a chain-reaction accident. Police did not elaborate on how the accident may have started off. Emergency responders transported one person from the scene to a nearby hospital with serious injuries stemming from the collision. Officials did not indicate which vehicle the victim was in at thee time of the incident.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is about 20 miles north of downtown Los Angles.
Police are still looking into the incident.
