On or about Thursday, December 3rd, 2020, around 9:45 in the morning, a single-vehicle tractor-trailer accident sent a truck driver to the hospital. Authorities said the accident happened along 510th Street near Highway 3 in Cherokee County, Iowa.
Officers indicated a truck driver was injured when the 18-wheeler he was driving allegedly swerved to avoid a collision with a train. The tractor-trailer skidded into a nearby bridge.
