On or about Wednesday, June 8th, 2022, sometime in the morning hours, an accident between a tractor-trailer and a pedestrian left one person injured. Deputies from the King County Sheriff’s Office said the accident was reported at the intersection of South Dearborn Street and Rainier Avenue in Seattle, Washington.
Officials from the area said one as-of-yet unidentified 67-year-old man was injured when a tractor-trailer allegedly lost control and rolled onto them as they were walking alongside the roadway. Emergency responders transported the pedestrian to the hospital with injuries of an unspecified nature or severity stemming from the accident.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the incident is in the Judkins Park area of Seattle.
Police are still looking into the accident.
