On or about Monday, January 17th, 2022, around 3:00 in the afternoon, an accident between a tractor-trailer and an SUV sent one individual to the hospital. Representatives from the MCSO said the accident was reported along State Highway 105 just outside Cleveland in Montgomery County, Texas.
Authorities from the area said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was injured when the SUV they were in allegedly collided with a tractor-trailer when it may have spun out while attempting a turn onto State Highway 105. Emergency responders transported the driver of the SUV to a nearby hospital with injuries of an unknown nature or severity stemming from the collision.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is a short distance from the town of Cleveland, which is situated about 45 miles north of downtown Houston.
Police are still looking into the circumstances surrounding the accident.
