On or about Wednesday, May 25th, 2022, sometime in the hours after dark, a serious tanker truck rollover accident sent one person to the hospital. Officials from the MSP said the accident was reported along Highway 11 in Jones County, Mississippi.
Authorities from the Mississippi State Police said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was injured when the tanker truck tractor-trailer they were driving allegedly veered off the side of Highway 11 and rolled a short distance off the pavement. Emergency responders transported the truck driver to the hospital with unspecified injuries after the accident.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the incident is a short distance from Ellisville.
