On or about Tuesday, October 26th, 2021, a single-vehicle tractor-trailer rollover accident sent one individual to the hospital. Local law enforcement representatives said the accident was reported across the eastbound and westbound lanes of Highway 20 near Davis Street in Lawrence County, Alabama.
Police said one as-of-yet unidentified truck driver was injured when the tractor-trailer he was driving allegedly lost control and rolled while driving down Highway 20. Paramedics transported the driver of the tractor-trailer to a nearby hospital with unknown injuries after the accident.
Officials closed the eastbound and westbound lanes of Highway 20 in order to tend to the scene of the accident.
Local law enforcement is investigating the crash.
