On or about Wednesday, December 1st, 2021, around 11:40 in the morning, a multi-vehicle accident with a tractor-trailer, a truck towing a travel trailer, and an SUV sent one person to the hospital. Officials said the accident was reported along Highway 395 near the exchange with Cactus Flats Road just outside Olancha in Inyo County, California.
Troopers from the CHP said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was injured when a tractor-trailer allegedly struck the back of a truck towing a travel trailer, pushing it into a nearby SUV. Emergency responders treated one person for injuries of an unknown nature or severity after the accident. Officials did not specify which vehicle the victim was in at the time of the accident.
