On or about Monday, July 12th, 2021, an accident between a tractor-trailer and a pickup truck sent one person to the hospital. Authorities from the DPS said the accident was reported along Highway 54 just outside Dalhart in Dallam County, Texas.
Deputies from the Dallam County Sheriff’s Department said one as-of-yet unidentified person was injured when a tractor-trailer and a pickup truck collided under unknown circumstances while driving down Highway 54. Paramedics airlifted one person to the hospital with unspecified injuries stemming from the accident. No other injuries were detailed in the initial police statement.
