Details:
On or about Thursday, May 19th, 2022, around 1:20 in the afternoon, an accident between a tractor-trailer and an 18-wheeler sent one person to the hospital. Spokespeople from the CHP said the accident was reported along Highway 58 in Tehachapi, California.
Representatives from the California Highway Patrol said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was injured when a tractor-trailer allegedly hit the back of a semi truck on the side of Highway 58. Emergency responders transported one of the truck drivers to the hospital with injuries of an unspecified nature or severity after the accident.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the crash is not far from the intersection with Broome Road.
Police are still investigating.
