On or about Monday, November 16th, 2020, around 3:00 in the afternoon, a serious tractor-trailer accident sent at least one person to the hospital. Texas DPS said the accident happened on Highway 6 near Hearne in Robertson County, Texas.
Department of Public Safety Troopers said at least one person was injured when a tractor-trailer allegedly lost control and rolled under unspecified circumstances. A medical helicopter was called to the scene to assist the injured victims.
Examining Highway 6 on Google Streetview shows Highway 6 is four lanes, with a wide, grassy median dividing north and southbound traffic. Hearne is situated about 88 miles northeast of Austin.
Texas DPS and local police are assisting in the investigation.
