On or about Monday, May 24th, 2021, around 4:00 in the afternoon, a tractor-trailer accident with a pickup truck left one person hurt. Troopers from the KSP said the accident was reported along the southbound side of Highway 75 near 46th Street in Topeka, Kansas.
Law enforcement representatives said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was injured when the tractor-trailer they were driving allegedly suffered a tire blowout, causing the truck to lose control. The tractor-trailer veered over the grassy median and collided with a pickup truck in the oncoming lanes. Paramedics transported one person to the hospital with unspecified injuries.
