On or about Tuesday, May 18th, 2021, an accident between a tractor-trailer hauling fertilizer and a car sent one individual to the hospital. Department of Public Safety Troopers said the accident happened along State Highway 79 near FM 1954 near Bowman in Archer County, Texas.
Texas DPS Troopers said one as-of-yet unidentified person was injured when a tractor-trailer hauling fertilizer and a car collided under unknown circumstances. After the initial collision, the tractor-trailer rolled into a ditch a short distance off the pavement. Paramedics transported one person from the scene to a nearby hospital with unknown injuries. Another person was treated at the scene.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is situated not far from Lakeside, which is about 128 miles northwest of Dallas.
