Details:
On or about Sunday, January 17th, 2021, an accident between a car and a tractor-trailer sent one individual to the hospital. Authorities from the Department of Public Safety said the accident happened along Interstate 10 just outside Fort Hancock in Hudspeth County, Texas.
Texas DPS personnel said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was seriously injured when a car and an 18-wheeler collided under unspecified conditions in the eastbound lanes of Interstate 10. One person was rushed to the hospital with serious injuries stemming from the accident.
Footage from the scene showed the passenger vehicle had rolled partially onto it’s roof after the initial collision.
According to Google Maps, Hudspeth County sits on the Mexican border in far south Texas.
Police are still investigating the incident.
