On or about Friday, November 12th, 2021, around 4:30 in the afternoon, an accident between a box truck and two tractor-trailers sent one individual to the hospital. Troopers from the FHP said the accident was reported at the intersection of southbound Interstate 295 and Pritchard Road in Jacksonville, Florida.
Police officers said an as-of-yet unidentified 74-year-old man was injured when a tractor-trailer allegedly ran the red light at the intersection of Interstate 295 and Pritchard Road when it struck another 18-wheeler and a box truck. Emergency responders transported one of the tractor-trailer drivers to the hospital with injuries of an unknown nature or severity.
According to Google Maps, the intersection of I-295 and Pritchard Road is situated on the north side of Jacksonville.
Police are still looking into the crash.
