On or about Sunday, May 29th, 2022, around 10:53 in the morning, a major tractor-trailer accident with a passenger vehicle sent one person to the hospital in critical condition. Troopers from the UHP said the accident was reported along Interstate 15 in Orem, Utah.
Representatives from the Utah Highway Patrol said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was injured when a tractor-trailer allegedly hit a passenger vehicle that had previously been in a single-vehicle crash along I-15. Emergency responders transported the driver of the car to a nearby hospital with unspecified injuries.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is on the southbound side of Interstate 15.
Authorities are still looking into the accident.
