On or about Wednesday, July 6th, 2022, around 3:30 in the afternoon, a serious chain-reaction pileup accident with a tractor-trailer sent one person to the hospital. Officials from the Department of Public Safety said the accident was reported along Interstate 20 in Dallas, Texas.
Spokespeople from the Dallas County Sheriff’s Office said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was injured when a tractor-trailer and eight other passenger vehicles collided in a chain-reaction accident along I-20. Paramedics transported one person from the scene to a nearby hospital with injuries of an unknown nature or severity, but police did not specify which vehicle the victim was in at the time of the accident.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the crash is not far from J.J. Lemon Road on the south side of Dallas.
Police are still looking into the accident.
