On or about Thursday, February 17th, 2022, sometime in the morning hours, a serious tractor-trailer accident sent one individual to the hospital. Spokespeople from the Department of Public Safety said the accident was reported along Interstate 35E near the exchange with Dallas Drive in Denton, Texas.
Authorities said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was injured when the tractor-trailer they were driving allegedly lost control and rolled on I-35E. Emergency responders cut the driver of the tractor-trailer from the wreckage and rushed them to the hospital with serious injuries stemming from the accident.
According to Google Maps, the exchange of Interstate 35E and Dallas Drive is a short distance south of downtown Denton.
