Details:
On or about Saturday, January 8th, 2022, around 2:00 in the morning, an accident between a passenger vehicle and a tractor-trailer sent one person to the hospital in serious condition. Officials from the DPD said the accident was reported along the southbound side of Interstate 35 near Empire Central Drive in Dallas, Texas.
Officials from the Dallas Police Department said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was injured when the car they were driving allegedly slammed into the back of a stopped or slowed tractor-trailer on I-35. Emergency responders rushed the driver of the car to Parkland Hospital with serious injuries stemming from the collision.
According to Google Maps, the exchange of Interstate 35 and Empire Central Drive is on the northwest side of Dallas.
Police are still investigating the accident.
