On or about Wednesday, March 2nd, 2022, around 11:00 at night, a serious accident between a pickup truck and a tractor-trailer sent one individual to the hospital. Representatives from the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office said the accident was reported along Interstate 37 near the exchange with Mathis Road in San Antonio, Texas.
Law enforcement spokespeople said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was injured when the pickup truck they were in allegedly struck the back of a tractor-trailer that was hauling cattle along Interstate 37. Emergency responders transported the driver of the pickup truck to the hospital with unknown injuries after the accident.
According to Google Maps, Interstate 37 winds north and south through Bexar County.
Authorities are still investigating the collision.
