On or about Thursday, January 13th, 2022, around 4:30 in the afternoon, a serious accident between a pickup truck and a tractor-trailer sent one individual to the hospital. Officers from the DPD said the accident was reported along the southbound side of Interstate 45 near the intersection with Pennsylvania Avenue in Dallas, Texas.
Officers from the Dallas Police Department said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was injured when a pickup truck and a tractor-trailer collided under unspecified circumstances. Emergency responders transported the driver of the pickup truck to a nearby hospital with unspecified injuries stemming from the collision. The driver of the tractor-trailer was unhurt in the accident.
According to Google Maps, the exchange of Interstate 45 and Pennsylvania Avenue is on the southeast side of Dallas.
Police are still investigating the incident.
