Details:
On or about Monday, May 23rd, 2022, around 10:10 in the morning, an accident between two tractor-trailers sent one person to the hospital. Troopers from the OSP said the accident was reported along Interstate 5 in Douglas County, Oregon.
Representatives from the Oregon State Police said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was injured when the tractor-trailer they were driving allegedly hit the back of another 18-wheeler that had slowed for wildlife in the roadway. Emergency responders transported one of the truck drivers to the hospital with unspecified injuries stemming from the accident.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is about four miles south of Canyonville.
