On or about Thursday, June 23rd, 2022, around 2:40 in the morning, a serious single-vehicle tractor-trailer accident left one person injured. Troopers from the ASP said the accident was reported along Interstate 59 in Etowah County, Alabama.
Representatives from the Alabama State Police said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was injured when the tractor-trailer they were riding in allegedly lost control and crashed along Interstate 59. Emergency responders transported a passenger in the tractor-trailer to a nearby hospital with injuries of an unspecified nature or severity.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is not far from the DeKalb County line.
