On or about Tuesday, August 24th, 2021, around 5:50 in the evening an accident between a tractor-trailer and four vehicles sent four people to the hospital. Officers said the accident was reported along Interstate 64 at the High Rise Bridge in Chesapeake, Virginia.
Troopers from the Virginia State Police said one as-of-yet unidentified person was injured when a tractor-trailer and four other vehicles collided under unspecified circumstances. Paramedics transported one person from the scene to a nearby hospital with unspecified injuries stemming from the collision. Police did not specify which vehicle the injured victim was in at the time of the crash.
