Details:
On or about Tuesday, May 10th, 2022, around 5:00 in the afternoon, an accident between a tractor-trailer and a passenger vehicle sent one individual to the hospital. Troopers from the Department of Public Safety said the accident was reported along Interstate 69 in Montgomery County, Texas.
Spokespeople from the Texas DPS said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was injured when the Tesla they were driving was allegedly hit by a tractor-trailer that changed lanes and pinned the Tesla against a concrete barrier a short distance off the side of the roadway. Emergency responders transported the driver of the Tesla to the hospital where they were last reported in stabled condition by medical staff.
According to Google Maps, Interstate 69 cuts north and south into Montgomery County.
Officials are still trying to pin down exactly what happened in the accident.
