On or about Friday, November 12th, 2021, a serious accident between a tractor-trailer and two passenger vehicles sent at least one person to the hospital. Officials from the KSP said the accident was reported along the southbound side of Interstate 71 in Oldham County, Kentucky.
Authorities from the area said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was injured when a tractor-trailer and two passenger vehicles collided under unknown conditions on southbound I-71. Emergency responders transported at least one individual to the hospital with unknown injuries after the accident.
According to Google Maps, Interstate 71 runs north and south through Oldham County, which is about 19 miles northeast of downtown Louisville.
Officials are still investigating the incident.
