On or about Wednesday, January 27th, 2021, an accident between an 18-wheeler and a tractor-trailer sent one person to the hospital. Troopers from the NYSP said the accident happened along Interstate 86 near exit 38 in Bath, New York.
Police representatives said one man was taken to the hospital after an 18-wheeler allegedly struck the rear of a tractor-trailer. After the initial collision. one of the trucks rolled to one side. Emergency responders transported one person from the scene to a nearby hospital with unknown injuries.

State and local law enforcement are investigating the accident.
