On or about Tuesday, December 28th, 2021, sometime before noon, an accident between four tractor-trailers sent one individual to the hospital. Deputies from the Kittitas County Sheriff’s Department said the accident was reported along the westbound side of Interstate 90 in Easton, Washington.
Troopers from the Washington State Patrol said on as-of-yet unidentified individual was injured when a tractor-trailer allegedly veered off the side of Interstate 90 and struck three other tractor-trailers that may have been chaining up their tires on the side of the roadway. Emergency responders transported one individual from the scene to a nearby hospital with unspecified injuries after the accident. Officials did not indicate which vehicle the victim was in at the time of the collision.
According to Google Maps, Interstate 90 winds east and west through the center of Easton, which is about 70 miles southeast of Seattle.
