Details:
On or about Thursday, October 7th, 2021, an accident between a pickup truck and a tractor-trailer sent one individual to the hospital. Troopers from the CSP said the accident was reported along the northbound side of Interstate 95 in Milford, Connecticut.
Investigators said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was injured when the pickup truck they were driving and a tractor-trailer collided under unspecified circumstances. Emergency responders transported the driver of the pickup truck to the hospital with unspecified injuries after the accident. Police did not mention any other vehicles in their initial report on the collision.
According to Google Maps, Interstate 95 cuts north and south through Milford, which is about 10 miles southwest of downtown New Haven.
Police are still investigating.
