On or about Thursday, February 25th, 2021, a truck driver was injured in an accident involving the cargo of a flatbed tractor-trailer. Troopers from the NYSP said the accident happened along the New York State Thruway in Syracuse, New York.
Police said a commercial truck driver was injured when a large object may have fallen from a flatbed tractor-trailer hauling wrecked cars when it slammed through a commercial truck windshield. Paramedics transported the driver of the tractor-trailer to a nearby hospital with unknown injuries.
The New York State Thruway cuts east and west along the northern edge of Syracuse, according to Google Maps
State Police are investigating the accident.
