On or about Tuesday, February 2nd, 2021, around 5:30 in the morning, an accident between a car and a tractor-trailer sent one man to the hospital. Deputies from the County Sheriff’s Office said the accident happened along the Schertz Parkway in Schertz, Texas.
Law enforcement spokespeople said one as-of-yet unidentified man was injured when their car and a tractor-trailer collided under unspecified circumstances in front of the Amazon Fulfillment Center. Officers treated the driver of the car for a severe laceration at the scene before they were rushed to the hospital with serious injuries.
Schertz is located about 22 miles northwest of downtown San Antonio, according to Google Maps.
Multiple agencies are investigating the accident.
