On or about Monday, January 4th, 2021, an accident between a tractor-trailer and a pedestrian sent one person to the hospital in serious condition. Officials said the accident happened in the 1600 block of Williams Road in Columbus, Ohio.
Police said one as-of-yet unidentified person was injured when they were allegedly pinned against a pole by an 18-wheeler. Authorities did not clarify exactly how the accident happened, only that the victim was freed and taken to nearby OhioHealth Grant Medical Center with serious injuries.
