On or about Tuesday, April 26th, 2022, around 8:00 in the morning, an accident between a tractor-trailer and a delivery truck or box truck sent one individual to the hospital. Officials from the VSP said the accident was reported along Interstate 64 in Charlottesville, Virginia.
Deputies from the Albemarle County Sheriff’s Department said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was injured when a delivery truck or a box truck allegedly slammed into a tractor-trailer along Interstate 64. Emergency responders cut one person from the wreckage and rushed them to the hospital with injuries of an unspecified nature or severity, but authorities did not specify which vehicle the victim was in at the time of the accident.
