On or about Friday, April 15th, 2022, sometime in the morning hours, an accident between a box truck and a tractor-trailer sent one individual to the hospital. Troopers from the FHP said the accident was reported along State Road 528 in Orange County, Florida.
Representatives from the Florida Highway Patrol said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was killed when the tractor-trailer he was in was allegedly hit by a box truck before the 18-wheeler crashed a short distance off the side of SR 528. Emergency responders transported the driver of the tractor-trailer to the hospital with injuries of an unspecified nature or severity.

State and local agencies responded to the scene to assist.
