On or about Thursday, May 19th, 2022, around 4:48 in the afternoon, an accident between a go kart and a tractor-trailer sent a child to the hospital. Law enforcement spokespeople from the area said the accident was reported along Farm-to-Market 436 in Little River Academy, Texas.
Troopers from the Texas Department of Public Safety said one as-of-yet unidentified child was injured when the go kart they were in and a tractor-trailer collided under unspecified circumstances along FM 436. Emergency responders transported the child to the hospital with injuries of an unknown nature or severity.
