Details:
On or about Wednesday, February 16th, 2022, around 2:00 in the morning, an accident between a pedestrian and a train sent one person to the hospital. Officials from the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office said the accident was reported near the intersection of Lookout Road and Toepperwein Road in San Antonio, Texas.
Authorities from the SAPD said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was injured when they were allegedly hit by a ladder that was attached to a passing train. Emergency responders transported the pedestrian to a nearby hospital with unspecified injuries.
According to Google Maps, the intersection of Lookout Road and Toepperwein Road is on the northeast side of San Antonio.
Officials are still investigating.
