On or about Thursday, March 11th, 2021, an accident between an 18-wheeler and a USPS mail truck sent one person to the hospital. Police said the accident was reported at or near the intersection of Willowbrook Road and Prairie Hill Road in South Beloit, Illinois.
Law enforcement officials said a USPS truck and an 18-wheeler collided under unspecified circumstances. Emergency responders transported the USPS mail truck driver to a nearby hospital with serious injuries. The driver of the tractor-trailer was uninjured in the accident.
