Details:

On or about Thursday, May 26th, 2022, sometime in the early morning hours, a major accident with a rooftop fall left one individual dead. Representatives from the Harris County Sheriff’s Office said the accident was reported at a warehouse along Farm-to-Market Road 529 in Houston, Texas.

Officials from the Texas Department of Public Safety said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was killed when they allegedly fell from an unspecified height from a rooftop at an industrial warehouse on FM 529. Emergency responders pronounced the victim dead of his injuries when they arrived at the scene of the incident. Police did not mention any other injuries stemming from the incident.

Police said they believe alcohol may have played a role in the fall.

According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is on the northwest side of Houston.

Police are still investigating.
