On or about Thursday, December 2nd, 2021, around 10:04 in the morning, a major accident between a box truck and a passenger vehicle left one person dead. Department of Public Safety spokespeople said the accident was reported along the southbound side of Highway 90 near the exchange with Cravens Road in Missouri City, Texas.
Deputies from the Harris County Sheriff’s Office said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was killed when a box truck and a passenger vehicle collided under unspecified circumstances on Highway 90. Emergency responders pronounced one person dead of their injuries after the collision. Pictures from the scene show the passenger vehicle pinned beneath the box truck.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is about 22 miles southwest of downtown Houston.
