On or about Friday, May 21st, 2021, a major accident between a box truck and an SUV claimed the life of one individual. Police said the accident happened along Interstate 41 near the exchange with College Avenue in Appleton, Wisconsin.
Law enforcement officials said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was killed when an SUV and a box truck collided under unspecified circumstances on I-41. After the initial collision, the SUV burst into flames. Paramedics pronounced the driver of the SUV dead at the scene of the accident. No other injuries were mentioned in the preliminary statement on the crash.
