Details:
On or about Saturday, September 25th, 2021, an accident between a METRO bus and a car left one individual dead. Deputies from the Harris County Sheriff’s Department said the accident occurred in the 3500 block of Bennington Street in Houston, Texas
Authorities said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was killed when the car they were in was allegedly struck by a METRO bus. Emergency responders pronounced one individual dead a short time after the accident. One occupant in the car was pronounced dead after the accident, while the driver of the car and the bus driver were taken to the hospital with unspecified injuries.
