On or about Tuesday, June 21st, 2022, around 2:55 in the morning, a serious single-vehicle car accident left one person dead. Deputies from the Harris County Sheriff’s Office said the accident was reported along Antoine Drive in Houston, Texas.
Officers from the Houston Police Department said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was killed when the pickup truck they were in allegedly drove off the side of Antoine Drive and rolled into a pole a short distance off the pavement. Emergency responders pronounced the driver of the pickup truck dead of their injuries a short time after they responded to the incident.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is in the 5400 block of Antoine Drive.
Police are still trying to pin down exactly what happened in the crash.
