Details:
On or about Monday, June 13th, 2022, around 6:46 in the morning, an accident between a pedestrian and a passenger vehicle left one individual dead. Deputies from the Travis County Sheriff’s Office said the accident was reported along Blue Bluff Road in Austin, Texas.
Representatives from the Department of Public Safety said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was killed when when they were allegedly hit by a vehicle as they were walking alongside or made an attempt to cross the lanes of Blue Bluff Road. Emergency responders pronounced the pedestrian dead of their injuries a short time after the incident.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is on the east side of Austin.
Police are still looking into the accident.
