On or about Monday, January 25th, 2022, around 5:00 in the morning, a three vehicle car accident left one individual dead. Deputies from the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office said the accident was reported along New Laredo Highway near the intersection with Briggs Avenue in San Antonio, Texas.
Police said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was killed when the passenger vehicle they were in allegedly veered over the center line of the roadway and struck two vehicle in oncoming traffic. Emergency responders pronounced the driver of the pickup truck dead of their injuries a short time after the collision.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is on the south side of San Antonio.
Police are still investigating.
