On or about Thursday, June 16th, 2022, around 12:00 in the afternoon, a serious single-vehicle car accident left one individual dead. Officers from the APD said the accident was reported along the North Capitol of Texas Highway in Austin, Texas.
Law enforcement spokespeople said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was killed when the vehicle they were in allegedly drove off the side of North Capitol of Texas Highway and rolled a short distance off the pavement. Emergency responders pronounced one person dead of their injuries at the scene of the accident. Police did not mention any other vehicles in their statement on the accident.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is not far from the exchange with Spicewood Springs Road.
