On or about Tuesday, April 26th, 2022, around 7:53 in the morning, a single-vehicle car accident left one individual dead. Officials from the Travis County Sheriff’s Department said the accident was reported along Dessau Road in Austin, Texas.
Representatives from the Austin Police Department said one as-of-yet unidentified person was killed when a passenger vehicle crashed under unspecified circumstances while driving down Dessau Road. Emergency responders pronounced one individual dead of their injuries at the scene of the accident.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the crash is a short distance from the intersection with Parmer Lane on the northeast side of Austin.
Authorities are still trying to pin down all the factors that may have contributed to the accident.
