Details:
On or about Tuesday, May 3rd, 2022, around 3:20 in the morning, a serious accident between a passenger vehicle and a pedestrian left one individual dead. Local law enforcement representatives said the accident was reported along the East Freeway in Harris County, Texas.
Officials from the Harris County Sheriff’s Office said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was killed when they were allegedly hit by a passing vehicle as they were walking alongside or made an attempt to cross the lanes of traffic on the East Freeway. Paramedics pronounced the pedestrian dead of their injuries a short time after they responded to the accident.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is a short distance from the exchange with Dell Dale on the east side of Harris County.
Authorities are still investigating the incident.
